Phone Number & Email Entries

When editing or inviting a user to the portal, it is very important that the emails and phone numbers are input in the proper format. A users email must be correct, furthermore a user’s phone numbers must start with a “+1” and be followed by ten digits with no special characters, like dashes or parenthesis. If the email or phone number are incorrect or in the improper format, the user will not receive notifications from EnPowered.
